Kale chips

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups of Kale

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Olive Oil

  • Nutritional Yeast

  • Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Wash kale and remove stems.

Step 3

In large bowl, combine kale, salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes.

Step 4

Lay kale on baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy or place in airtight container to enjoy later.
